Costume controversy

NEW YORK (UPI) - Some parents are sharply criticizing city stores for selling
revealing and sexually suggestive Halloween costumes for young girls... items
for sale at Party City outlets and other stores include a "High Seas Hottie" pirate costume small enough to fit 8-year-olds, a revealing sailor outfit for girls as young
as 4, a "Convict Cutie" woman-in-chains costume in sizes for young girls and a
"Devil Grrrl" costume for 10- to 14-year-olds featuring red fishnet stockings...
